
The keyboard works perfectly well on the other laptop. To rule out any issues with the usb dongle/hub or wireless signal jamming, I plugged the usb dongle into my Huwai MateBook (running Ubuntu), while I kept the MacBook running next to it. If your keyboard doesn't work on two separate machines I'd be inclined to believe the keyboard is borked. The keyboard connects but inputs are missed and laggy/slow. Here is a picture of the specs of the nano transreciever that i can see under hardware. The Dock doesnt seem to have issues with other USBs Ive connected.
